Bloom Q & A Session

First, high five.  You guys are awesome.  Your support and encouragement on opening Bloom has meant more to me than I can ever explain.  Opening Bloom is the biggest and scariest decision of my life.  But you are all making the “eek, what did I just do?!” feelings a lot less “eeky.”

I have had some awesome people email me with questions.  And there questions are great.  So…I am going to use this blog post as a FAQ post.  Here you go!

Q:  What are the age limitations to Bloom?

A:  While there are no actual age limitations in Bloom, the space has been designed with toddlers through early elementary students in mind.

Q:  What do we do if we want to rent the party space and have more than 10 kids coming?

A:  First, give your kiddo a high five for having so many friends.  But the real answer is that each additional kid is $5 after the first 10 children.

Q:  Can I drop my kids off?

A:  Nope.  You gotta hang out.  Not a daycare.  You are welcome to have your babysitter or nanny take your kids to the center, but a responsible adult has to be supervising your children.

Q:  When will it open?

A:  No guarantees, but we are hoping for April 1st!

Q:  How much?

Q:  What if I bring one of my children to see a therapist and have two other kids along?

A:  Your child seeing a therapist is free, your additional children are the “additional child” price of $5 if they want to play while your other kiddo sees a therapist.

Q: Are you hiring?

A:  The therapists working at Bloom are all independent.  They do not work for Bloom but work independently in Bloom.  These therapist rent the space and use the facility and materials in Bloom.  If you are a therapist interested in working in Bloom,  email us to set up a time to meet!

We continue to have position for hosts.  If you are interested, send your resume to .  We prefer that you have some experience working with children, but no specific criteria necessary.

Q:  How do I rent the entire space?

A:  To rent the entire space, you must request and use hours outside of the usual working hours.  A staff member will be present during your rental time.
